Our friends at Joy Lyn's Candies in Paradise, CA cook up this small batch peanut brittle in a copper kettle using Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. This is handcrafted, old fashion brittle with an addictive crunch enhanced by adding beer into the cooking process. It just might be magic!
