- Every year our Bulk Natural Raw Almonds are the Freshest Available Almonds from our Most Recent Harvest. Almonds are typically harvested between August and October depending on the weather or other factors. We get our fresh crop back from processors typically in December and we transition to the new crop by or before January, so every year we are selling fresh almonds. Since almonds have a VERY long shelf life, some almonds you find in large stores or in other food products, may be two years old (or more)!
