Sohnrey Family Foods Natural Halves & Pieces are shelled, raw, fresh, and delicious! We grow the Chandler variety of English walnuts and our packs contain a mixture of light color halves and pieces.
The 12 oz, 2 lb and 3 lb size are packed in resealable stand-up pouches. The 25 lb bulk box is packed in cardboard box with plastic liner. Our Natural Halves and Pieces contain approximately 40% halves, but the amount can vary from bag to bag.
Walnuts are a great addition to so many dishes. We love them mixed into banana, zucchini, and apple breads--just like Grandma would make! They are a perfect nutty addition for cookies and rich fudge brownies! Toast and chop them for a healthy, crunchy salad topper! Nuts are an excellent source of protein that include healthy oils, vitamins and minerals.
